The 8 Essential Marketing Strategies for Internet EBook & Product Launches

Hey guys,

Both Victor & I (The Dynamic Duo) are currently working in our process of creating and launching our weight-loss, health & fitness niche program product (an eBook consisting of audio clips, certain flash clips and movable imaging - with further extra offers of DVD package).

We will be more than glad to announce in a PR, and market it to all affiliates out there on the net as well as to all the related article directories when our product has finalized and ready for launch! So be patient, and stay tuned :)

Ok, before I continue rattling and bragging about my own product, let me get back to focusing on the main point of this article.

------------------------

Let me share with you some of the most important strategies and tips for creating a niche product and preparing it for launch in the internet marketing world.

Before you rush off intending to create a product and sell it online be it directly from eBay and Amazon or as affiliate marketing with ClickBank and Commission Junction, there are a few major things you would need to address here.

#1 Who exactly is your targeted market?

Do you know the demographics of your market? The purchasing/spending power of your current market? The psychology/needs and wants of your specific market?

Let me put it in a simple nutshell that you may absorb.

For example, if you are intending to sell vegan cupcake recipes online - who would be intended market/bunch of consumers that you are trying to attract? Could it be women/housewives aged 35 and above (possibly highly likely to want to purchase your product) or maybe teenagers of the age group between 17-25 (who might just be interested in checking your product out but perhaps not eventually buy it?)

Next, you must understand the psychology of your market. Older women and housewives have greater purchasing power, they also have a higher tendency to purchase niche recipe products online as they are limited with possibilities/knowledge to know how to make a certain personalized type of products (and for the matter in example given, vegan cupcakes) of which they might be highly interested in and that would also mean that there is GREAT DEMAND for it.

On the other hand, teenagers 17-25 might actually like vegan cupcakes but might not necessarily have the money to spend. Also, they may also tend to be more technology-savvy and are able to surf around the net for "free" recipes or other "alternatives" and thus make themselves a tougher sales market for you to convert!

#2 Identify Specific Content

Now, I hope you have at least done your market trend research and homework on exactly which niche market do you intend to specifically hit on. And perhaps, you might be asking yourself now, "What should I do next?"

Don't worry. Confusion is common during this process, and asking yourself questions are only normal! If you're not asking yourself any of these questions - that must supposedly mean that you think you know everything in the book when the reality of which is you virtually know very little, or simply nothing.

After identifying your targeted market, I urge you sincerely to fit in and suit all the important, and relevant content into your product. This is done by specific keyword research.

For example, if you intended to sell vegan cupcake recipes and your targeted market was say aged 35 housewives/women.

So you can do content researches on all the specific keywords like "vegan cupcakes", "vegan women", "vegan housewives", "women + cupcakes", "healthy vegan cupcake recipes", "cupcakes for women" - You can type this in search engines like Google, or if better to specific article directories (e.g. www.EzineArticles.com, www.AssociatedContent.com, wwww.GoArticles.com, etc) - places of which you can find content specific to your need in creation of your product.

Next, you read about those content. You read 5-6 books on related topics/issues, model the Contents Page of those books and apply the CPM method (Copy, paste & modify) of which you would not get sued for Copyright Infringement because you basically edited their content and did not directly steal it - you just edited it for your own good purposes.

#3 Structure your Table of Contents first before jumping into Writing!

"Always plan ahead. It wasn't raining when Noah built the ark." - Richard C. Cushing

It is important to note that the Contents Page of your book is probably the most important page of the entire book as well. This is because, whenever people search for valuable information in a book - the first thing that goes to their head is - what's the content in this book and where can I find out more about it?

They do not read every single page before they gather and create a perception for themselves, sometimes they read the synopsis but they still aren't assured. Most of the time, people flip straight to the Contents Page. That is where, they can have a much closer idea of what good, quality content they can find in a specific book that makes it special and different from others that are already existing out there!

Always remember to plan your Table of Contents so that you will not be writing blindly, and out-of-topic. Instead, by planning your Contents Page well - you would be writing specifically to meet the purposes of each individual chapter, and not miss out important points and issues needed to be addressed in your book.

I'm sure you wouldn't want to write a book running haywire, missing relevant and important content and losing out to all your competitors, would you?

#4 Now jump in with Content. Lots of it!

Statistical survey report shows that about 60% of the time, people start to write books but somehow do not end up finishing them. Aspiring authors they claim to be, just exactly what happened to their goals & dreams?

Before I carry on with anything, let me reiterate the importance of TAKING ACTION. It is as simple as that, now that you've 1) Identified Your Specific Market, 2) Identified the Specific Content/Keywords Required, 3)Edited/Finalized your Table of Contents - you should not stop at this point of time after so much effort by allowing yourself to procrastinate!

Instead, I repeat, instead..TAKE ACTION now! Go to a good library near by your place and read as many related books to your product, say from 5-10 or to even as many as possible within your own limits. Also, one good thing to do is to find the right articles/websites to provide valuable information online. Wikipedia and About.com are great sources for general info - and for more specific details you can always look up good quality article directories like FindArticles.com and seek for quality content that you may be able to use for your own book!

......It must have took you quite awhile to absorb all that I've mentioned so far, and so I will leave the next 4 major strategies to be mentioned continued in the next article, so stay tuned and do come back to visit.

If you had found my article useful in some way or another, go ahead and drop me an email at punkninja@gmail.com if you have any questions/queries - if you have any great business/product ideas you'd like to share, for sure you may drop me an email and I'd love to discuss and work something out with you as well! :)

Thanks for your time spent reading, I hope you had a good read.

Cheers
Paul

Article Marketing & Copywriting Secret: How To Make Your Article TITLE Sell

Most authors are wasting their time producing dozens to hundreds of high quality articles that never reach a fraction of their traffic potential. It's a darn shame.

When I review the behind-the-scenes traffic statistics on over 20,000 articles that have produced over 1 million monthly page views in my article marketing lab...ONE thing is clear: All articles are not created equal even when everything about them is identical except for the TITLE.

The reason is probably not what you think.

If you've been schooled on traditional copywriting, you know that in the offline world, the headline determines as much as 95% of the success of the book or article. This statistic takes into consideration what makes the book title successful: Whether a human buys it or not.

Article Marketing on the Internet is a whole different story because of the way your articles reach humans who have an interest in them.

MYTH: Most people will read your articles because they came to a website and started browsing just like they do if they were to have gone to a local book store to find a book of personal interest.

FACT: Wrong! Most people will search the Internet using one of the major search engines and they will be putting in between 1 to 5 keywords that are related to the topic of the article or information they are looking to locate. The search engines will then deliver results that best match the human's interest.

YOUR GOAL: To have your articles show up in the search engine results for the keywords and topics that are most related to the content of your article.

HOW?

You must embrace this TITLE creation & traffic-building truth:

The first 3-5 words of your TITLE determine the success of your article in terms of how much traffic your article will generate back to your website. Success can only be had when you create keyword rich titles for your articles that match the most commonly searched keywords for your topic.

How to determine which keywords are rich and the right ones to use for your article?

You'll need a keyword research tool. Some are free and some are fee-based. Overture.com has a popular keyword research tool that shows you the most common search results from the Yahoo search engines directory. If you want to see what's on "Google's Mind" you can try one of their current beta tools called "Google Suggest": http://www.google.com/webhp?hl=en&complete=1

Whether you use a web-based keyword research tool or invest in one of the more advanced application level software keyword research tools, it's critical that you learn know how to do keyword research.

A "Good" vs. "Bad" TITLE Example:

Here is an example of the difference between a non-keyword rich TITLE vs. a very keyword rich TITLE that is proven to perform better in terms of traffic creation:

Bad TITLE Example:

"Top 9 Ways You Can Acquire Fractional Jet Ownership"

Excellent Keyword Rich Title Example:

Fractional Jet Ownership - 9 Strategies to Help You Acquire Your Private Jet

Why is it more effective?

Because it does not waste the first 3 words of the title with meaningless garbage words like "top" or the number "9" or "ways"...and gets right to the important words that might be found when someone is using a search engine to research a topic related to your article.

You'll also notice in my example that I included the word "Private" Jet. Why? Because my keyword research said that people who search for fractional jet also search for the word "private jet" and therefore I wanted to boost the chances that my title would be found by a larger number of potential visitors to the article.

Two recommendations on what NOT to do:

1) Don't include garbage characters in your TITLE such as quotes, tildes, asterisks or anything else that a search engines has to work hard to discard in order to understand the TITLE of your article.

2) Do not engage in any search engine spam technique by having keyword rich TITLES that have nothing to do with the topic of your article. You'll only be hurting yourself as the search engines already aggressively filter out bad behavior like this.

YOUR INTELLIGENT KEYWORD RICH TITLE COPYWRITING CONCLUSION:

If you want to maximize your results from any article marketing strategy, you must master keyword research so that you can create keyword rich and intelligent article TITLES. Your pay off will be massive amounts of traffic to your articles and website thanks to the search engines who love smart keyword rich TITLES!

Get Your Website to Profit With the Best Affiliate Programs Available by: Steven Gerber

The Internet is one of the most frequently used tools for communication today. There are over millions of people who log on to the Internet every single day. Besides, with the benefits that the Internet gives, who would not want to be a part of this information superhighway.

With the Internet, you can communicate with your family and friends through emails and instant messengers, you can purchase goods and services without leaving your own home, and the Internet is one of the most promising income generating tools that everyone can use today.

In the past, you needed products or services in order to make money through the Internet. Today however, you can make money through the Internet by using affiliate programs. This program will allow you to make a substantial amount of money out of your website and is a very good home business that you would want to get in to.

First of all, you need to know what an affiliate program is and how it works in order to fully understand how you can make some money out of it. Affiliate programs is like a joint venture where you or your website becomes a partner with another website that have already developed a product or service that they are already selling in the Internet. As a partner, your job is to direct the visitors of your website to your partner website and hope that they will purchase the products or services being offered. Your website will be like the company's marketing arm, among several.

The company you plan on being affiliated to will be providing all the necessary tools that you need in order to start the affiliate program. They will be providing the links, and some companies will provide free e-books on how you can effectively earn from affiliate programs.

The best way to profit from your website through affiliate programs is by promoting your website in the Internet. The key to success in affiliate programs is targeted traffic. This is why you should think of a product or service that you would want to promote and also a product or service that you are knowledgeable about. Think about your hobby. For example, if you like fixing cars, you want an affiliate program that promotes cars, or car parts.

In your website, you will then discuss about your hobby. Make some articles and post it in article publishing websites and also in your own site. Since your affiliate program is selling cars or car parts or even car accessories, the traffic you generate in your website will have a greater chance of clicking the link or banner of your affiliate website and buy from that website. You will then earn a commission out of the sold product.

As you can see, it is very simple to earn money from affiliate programs. However, when you are just starting out in the business of affiliate programs, you have to work hard to establish your reputation as an expert in the product or service you are promoting. The best way to do this is publish your articles about a particular product frequently. This will build your reputation in the Internet and soon, you will get that targeted traffic you have been always wanting. It is also a good idea to update your website once in a while (once a week) with tips and tricks on a particular product.

The best thing about affiliate programs is that you do not have to be in front of your computer 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All you need is a few minutes of checking up in your website and also check out your earnings in your affiliate programs. Always remember to update your website frequently in order to keep your readers and keep them buying from your affiliate website.

3 Great Tips To Looking And Feeling Good

Ever wondered why you have felt so lethargic early on a Monday morning when you wake up and get up of bed? Ever understood why you couldn't drag your body just to get into a shower and prepare for work?

Do you think life would be so much better if you can just put an end to those terrible situations of which you are experiencing or have experienced before? Don't you think you could look so much more excited and felt so much more vitalized in that sense?

I'm just about to share that with you right now at this moment.

Tip #1 - Exploiting the "but I only eat 3 meals a day" myth!
Many people have the misconception that if they eat just 3 meals a day, they must be healthy as they are not eating too much nor are they eating too little. In fact, they feel good because they think that it is always right to eat just for breakfast, lunch, and perhaps dinner! What they don't realize is that, when you eat 3 meals a day - you tend to over-eat during those 3 meals and that causes you to feel bloated and weighs you down to work efficiently.

However, the real fact is that researchers, nutritionists and food psychologists have discovered that when you eat 5-6 small meals, you tend to feel ALOT more energetic as your BMR(Basal Metabolic Rate) gets boosted up to 30% more and that allows you to efficiently generate your caloric expenditure and keep you feel awake for much more of the day. So , please remember not to stick to 3 massive meals anymore!

Tip #2 - The "Low-Carb" diets are best for me myth
People often relate to consuming low carbohydrates to having lose more weight and think that they would look and feel good. What they do not understand is that, by extremely dropping your carbohydrate intake - you actually further deteriorate your metabolic system and thus produce counter-productive effects that may lead to even more fat storage in your body, and keep you feeling exhausted more!

It is always important to have a balanced diets in maintaining a "Look and Feel Good" lifestyle!

Tip #3 - Exercising is TOO TOUGH for me!
When people think of exercising, they often think of it as having to spend a lot of their time and consuming a lot of their energy (of which they give themselves an excuse to skip it.)

Exercises can be like playing a sport and it can be fun! Alsom it certainly makes you feel so much better, and healthier after so! Research showed that exercise causes you to release testerones in your body of which would make you feel more optimistic and positive of yourself. Therefore, everyone should start to exercise TODAY.

Find out how you can further improve your health, to feel and look good today!

Sick of all that belly-fat? Learn how to get rid of it and get YOURSELF a 6-PACK TODAY!

Increase Your Metabolism And Curb Your Appetite With This Fat-Burning Food
by: Tom Venuto

There have been countless studies performed on the role of protein in the muscle growth process to try and determine exactly how much protein you should consume to build muscle mass. Recently, several studies have looked at the role that dietary protein plays in helping you lose fat, and more importantly, helping you keep it off!

One thing scientists have discovered is that eating lean protein foods is important for regulating body composition because it decreases your appetite.

In a 2003 study reported in the journal, Current Opinion in Clinical Nutrition And Metabolic Care (2003; 6(6): 635-638), protein was shown to be more satiating (made you feel fuller) than both carbohydrate and fat both in the short term and the long term.

Eating more lean protein foods has also been proven as an effective strategy to help you burn fat and keep it off because of something called, “dietary thermogenesis” (also known as the thermic effect of food).

In a study published in the British Journal of Nutrition in 2005 (93(2): 281-289), researchers followed a group of 113 overweight subjects after 4 weeks of a very low calorie diet, through a 6 month period of weight maintenance. The subjects were divided into a protein group or a control group. The protein group was simply given an extra 30 grams of protein per day on top of their usual diet.

The researchers found that during weight maintenance, the group with the higher protein intake was less likely to regain the lost weight, and any weight gain in the protein group was lean tissue and not fat. The results were attributed to higher thermic effect and a decrease in appetite.

Although calories will always be the bottom line when it comes to fat loss, studies such as these are confirming what bodybuilders have known for a long time: That calories are not the only factor that can influence your body composition. Your protein intake and your ratios of protein relative to carbohydrate and fat can clearly play a key role in helping you lose fat and keep the fat off.

None of this is news to bodybuilders or to anyone who is already familiar with bodybuilding-style nutrition programs, but it’s interesting that such positive results were achieved in studies where protein was increased so conservatively - as little as 30 additional grams of protein per day or a 20% increase above traditional protein recommendations.

Many bodybuilding-style diets call for as much as 30%-40% of the total daily calories from protein and some competitive bodybuilders crank up the protein (temporarily) to as much as 50% before competitions.

I’m curious to see if any research is ever conducted with these more aggressive protein intakes. If so, my guess is that we will find once again, that the bodybuilders are ahead of the science when it comes to the manipulation of diet for improving body composition.

The take home lesson is simple: If you remove some carbs and put in some protein - nothing too radical; even as little as trading 30 grams per day of carbs for 30 grams of lean protein - this small change in your diet may decrease your appetite, decrease your body fat and help you keep the fat off after you lose it.

If you are seriously interested in getting rid of all that belly fat and want to earn yourself a well deserved 6 pack today, do find out more by reading Tom Venuto's great book "Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle" today.

Don't know how to use MySpace?

Advanced Uses For Myspace
by: David Riewe

MySpace members can generate a website quickly through templates. These templates enable users to create a generic website in very little time. For those who are just interested in making new friends or keeping in touch with old friends, this may be all the member needs. However, those who want to offer more on their website or those who simply want to create a more detailed website may require some more advanced knowledge to achieve the desired effects.

Adding Background Music in MySpace

The majority of websites on the Internet do not have background music. This may lead many novice MySpace members to believe adding music to the background is a difficult process but it really isn’t. In fact MySpace makes it incredibly simple for members to add music to their profiles. The steps to add music to a MySpace profile are as follows:

* Log into your MySpace account
* While logged in visit this web address: http://music.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=music
* Listen to the music available and select a suitable song for your profile
* Click on the link that says “Add” below the song title
* The music is then automatically added to your profile

It is important to note that users can only add one song at a time to their profile. Clicking the “Add” link on a second song will result in the original song being replaced on the profile by the new song. Songs can be removed from a profile at any time by going to the “Edit profile” section of your account and entering the “Profile songs” subcategory. Here you have the option to remove your chosen song.

Adding Videos to MySpace

Adding videos to MySpace is also not as difficult as it seems. Even those with no HTML skills can add videos produced by other members or even their own videos to their MySpace profile. The steps to add a video to your MySpace profile are as follows:

* Log into your MySpace Account
* From your MySpace homepage, click on the “Add/Change Videos” link
* You are then taken to another webpage where you can either search through a database of previously uploaded videos or upload your own video
* To search the database, click on the search videos button and browse through the available videos
* After watching a video you can add the video to your profile in a couple of ways. First you can click on the “Add to my profile” button or you can copy the source code provided and paste this code into the desired location on your profile.

Alternately you can add your own videos to your MySpace profile by first uploading them to MySpace and then adding them to your profile. When uploading a video care should be taken to ensure the video does not violate the terms of service.

Creating Interactive Features on MySpace

Creating interactive features on MySpace is a bit more involved. Members can create features which allow visitor interaction but these features require more extensive HTML knowledge. The best way to acquire the information necessary to design these types of features is to research the subject of HTML code in books or on the Internet. However, if you find a feature on another MySpace website you would like to include in your own profile you can contact the member and ask them how to add this feature.
