3 Great Tips To Looking And Feeling Good

Ever wondered why you have felt so lethargic early on a Monday morning when you wake up and get up of bed? Ever understood why you couldn't drag your body just to get into a shower and prepare for work?

Tip #1 - Exploiting the "but I only eat 3 meals a day" myth!
Many people have the misconception that if they eat just 3 meals a day, they must be healthy as they are not eating too much nor are they eating too little. In fact, they feel good because they think that it is always right to eat just for breakfast, lunch, and perhaps dinner! What they don't realize is that, when you eat 3 meals a day - you tend to over-eat during those 3 meals and that causes you to feel bloated and weighs you down to work efficiently.

However, the real fact is that researchers, nutritionists and food psychologists have discovered that when you eat 5-6 small meals, you tend to feel ALOT more energetic as your BMR(Basal Metabolic Rate) gets boosted up to 30% more and that allows you to efficiently generate your caloric expenditure and keep you feel awake for much more of the day. So , please remember not to stick to 3 massive meals anymore!

Tip #2 - The "Low-Carb" diets are best for me myth
People often relate to consuming low carbohydrates to having lose more weight and think that they would look and feel good. What they do not understand is that, by extremely dropping your carbohydrate intake - you actually further deteriorate your metabolic system and thus produce counter-productive effects that may lead to even more fat storage in your body, and keep you feeling exhausted more!

It is always important to have a balanced diets in maintaining a "Look and Feel Good" lifestyle!

Tip #3 - Exercising is TOO TOUGH for me!
When people think of exercising, they often think of it as having to spend a lot of their time and consuming a lot of their energy (of which they give themselves an excuse to skip it.)

Exercises can be like playing a sport and it can be fun! Alsom it certainly makes you feel so much better, and healthier after so! Research showed that exercise causes you to release testerones in your body of which would make you feel more optimistic and positive of yourself. Therefore, everyone should start to exercise TODAY.
